1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Millions Blitz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Millions Blitz ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Millions Blitz mobile application and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Millions Blitz application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Millions Blitz, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is lawful

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Service.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

4. Entertainment and Virtual Items

4.1 Entertainment Purpose Only

Millions Blitz is a social bingo game designed exclusively for entertainment and recreational purposes. The Service:

• Does not involve real money gambling or wagering
• Does not offer real money prizes or rewards
• Does not provide an opportunity to win real money based on gameplay
• Success in social gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling

4.2 Virtual Items

The Service may include virtual items such as coins, tokens, power-ups, or other digital goods ("Virtual Items"). You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual Items cannot be exchanged for real money or anything of monetary value
• You do not own Virtual Items; you are granted a limited, revocable license to use them
• Virtual Items cannot be transferred, sold, or traded outside the Service
• We may modify, manage, or eliminate Virtual Items at our discretion
• Virtual Items are forfeited if your account is terminated

4.3 Purchases (If Applicable)

If the Service offers in-app purchases, you acknowledge that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
• Purchases are made through your device's app store or payment platform
• Refund policies of the app store or payment platform apply
• You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in a respectful, lawful, and appropriate manner. You will not:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm other users
• Use offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language or imagery
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in any form of cheating, exploitation, or unfair gameplay
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Collect or harvest information about other users
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without authorization

5.2 Content Standards

Any content you create, share, or transmit through the Service (such as usernames, profile pictures, or messages) must not:

• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Contain personal information of others without consent
• Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Contain spam, advertising, or promotional content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Service in any way not expressly permitted by these Terms

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 License Grant

By creating, uploading, or sharing content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

7.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you create or share. We do not endorse user-generated content and are not responsible for any content posted by users.

• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free

10.2 No Guarantees

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MILLIONS BLITZ, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Loss of or damage to property
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or emotional distress

ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Millions Blitz, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Your content or conduct on the Service

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by following the account deletion process in the app or contacting us at support@millionsblitz.com.

13.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• We discontinue the Service or any part thereof
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use the Service immediately ceases
• All licenses granted to you under these Terms will terminate
• You will forfeit all Virtual Items and account benefits
• We may delete your account and all associated data

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

14. Modifications to the Service and Terms

14.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any features at any time without notice or liability. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts or all of the Service.

14.2 Terms Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@millionsblitz.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

15.2 Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except as modified by these Terms. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

15.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND MILLIONS BLITZ AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them or the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. To the extent arbitration does not apply, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

17. General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Millions Blitz regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

17.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.

17.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

17.6 Export Controls

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country.
